As we open this gathering
I invoke the presence of our ancestors and teachers
I invite the presence of our brothers and sisters and our kids
I include the presence of our future friends
I also invite the spirit of our neighbors and the different leaders who rule our land.
May we remember that we are all connected.
May we all be able to appropriately use our collective energy.
May our gathering promote innovation and creativity.
May we welcome and listen to the diversity of visions, opinions, talents and needs
and may we be able to reap advantage from such diversity.
May this circle help each one of us to evolve and grow.
May this circle encourage commitment towards each other,
towards the WE and US that we are as a Family,
towards the community that we wish to create.
May we mutually support each other.
May our conversation be productive and allow transformation of each one of our beings.
May each one of us be heard.
May truth come forth.
May our conversation allow us to be better informed.
May we be at ease to speak up and get the feeling that we are heard.
May significant issues be raised and may underlying motives surface.
May hope be nourished.
May each one of us feel safe and confident.
May our cultural and spiritual values precede over economic values.
May our individual viewpoints be transformed for the benefit of our community.
May each one of us leave this gathering with gratitude, with an open heart, feeling peaceful, balanced and in harmony.
